Who are pleiadians?

I can't seem to find much information about them. Are they our enemies? They are described as beings with white skin, blue eyes and blonde hair who visits earth frequently to help humanity. Is that right?

Oh thanks Shael. I've been searching "pleiadians" which didn't have a lot of results, not pleiades. My bad!
