Depends on what you need help with and if you have an actual reason for summoning a Demon/ess.

There is no 'best demon' to summon. It really depends on what reason you want to summon them. Each of them specialize in something and they do not prefer to do something else. Also, build a good relation with your guardian demon. He/she will help you ascend faster.
