planetary effect on "time"

I was thinking I've heard people say (and I've said) "it feels like time is speeding up". I think a more accurate answer could be we're feeling the effect of planets. For example if a large planet with a slow rotation and an even longer solar year is effecting us, then a smaller planet with a faster rotation and a shorter solar year is effecting us it may feel as though "time" is speeding up.

Are you sure that it's not their PERCEPTION of time that's speeding up?

I don't know if it has to do with the planets. I believe that is mostly because of the individual's awareness but I'm not exactly sure. It could be more than one thing though.

It could be, when I was thinking about it I saw in my head 2 circles spinning and one was bigger then the other. That made me think of the planets.
