I need help my parents are xians and I get in scandal with them everyday,there is not a ritual for this ?

Can this be used for family in general? For the affirmation can I replace parents with family? Or should I specify which family members in the affirmation? Both my parents and my siblings are a major nuisance in my life so I greatly appreciate your post.
