Mixing meditations and a poppet

Hello everyone I'm curious to know if i can mix my satanic meditations with shoaling Kung fu meditations to empower and strengthen certain body parts or can i just do that with my static meditation alone? Another thing about using the poppet do i have to make it myself? Or can it just be a regular doll?     HAIL SATAN!!

Shaolin Kung Fu meditations and poses are powerful, however the Satanic Meditations bring power faster. Most of the Shaolin monks describe great feats achievable after 10-20 or 30 years however in my experience Satanic Meditation alone can bring you closer to these feats within 5 years.

This of course depends also on the student and his or her willingness and determination however the methods on the Joy of Satan website are the gold exercises minus the external and not so useful dross.
