How do you bind someone without a poppet etc?

greetings my fellow Zevists,

I was just reading the binding page but then I looked into the Isa rune and thought, there has to be a way to do a binding without the poppet etc as explained on the binding page? As in just using Isa with visualization, right?

Can anyone explain to me how this is done? I couldn’t find the explanation for this on the site.
