If I do not have something to burn the paper in and do not wish to sign it in my blood, can I just sign my name in pencil/pen and destroy the paper by hand?

You have to get blood drawn from your body, you can use a needle, lancet, or razor (be very careful, these are very sharp.) Blood from a scab or nosebleed is not valid, from what I have read.Hope this helps.Hail Satan!

Oh you mean you don't have anything to burn the paper in well u can use like a glass cup or something that wont burn out along with the dedication paper. or just burn it outside. And you need blood on your dedication ritual.
