Forgot password for element

I have forgotten my password on Element. Should I connect an email and do forgot password or just create a new account?

To be honest I have same question as I lost it recently but I doubt, prob we got to make a new one, having same name.

That's what I have done few days ago before I lost the new one as well, again. Message TG Alexandros on element, requesting to join back and I am sure all will be good.
