Can't sign into the new Vultus Templorum

Tried signing into the new chat platform, said password/username was wrong. So I signed up instead, and I received an email that said that there is already an account so cant sign up. There is no reset password option and after attempting to get logged in I got an email stating the account is locked. I need help with this matter.

I am writing a new post for this, it is simple however. Upon entering VT and you see the login screen, click Sign In. Enter your current ancient forums email and click Continue. THEN, a password reset link appears. It's a bit cumbersome, I agree. Then you get your code sent to your email and can reset password.

Enter the same email you use for the forum and then you click on "forget your password". You will receive a code in your email.

Not all username/emails were transferred over. I had to register my email because I'm new here. When I did that it sent a code to my email asking me to confirmed it. Once I did that I put in password and entered the Iotro main chat room. There's actually a list of all the different chat rooms there.
