About the Dedication ritual.

I am planning my dedication ritual to satan and from what I understand from the signing in blood is that I prick the index finger on my left hand. But I myself am left handed and I feel that in doing so I will not be able to sign at all(I cant even hold a pen in my right hand to save my life). Now could I prick the blood from any other finger? or I will I just have to make do with signing with my right hand?
