Zoning out

Would this be a possible attack from the enemy? Because all my life, there would always be moments when I would suddenly drift and than feel like I was as the term is said, ZONED OUT, and always wonder what was going on with that process? HAIL SATAN!!

No, its more just a low concentration span. Strengthening your element of earth and base chakra can help wtih this.

In the addition to hecktic shadows post. Practice void meditation. It has helped me a lot to keep focus n concentrate better than before
