ZMA

Ho to all!
I'd like to take some supplements because I lack quite a lot of zinc and magnesium and others (i have a bad diet. I don't eat junk food, but I lack of vegetables/fruits).

I was reading about ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium and B6 vitamin), and it seems good (i go to the gym 3 times a week, box and calisthenics).

Do you have any tip, suggestion, warning, past experience?

ZMA is a nice safe supplement. Zinc increases natural testosterone production and also helps sleep..perhaps stimulates growth this way but if i remember right i would take 3-4 caps prior to bedtime and got a lovely sleep.
