Hi All

Did some more thorough research on the pinklotus.org site (Kundalini Yoga sample that is in the files around here) and found some good info that I can confirm is beneficial.

When you do your yoga, feel the part where the specific yoga move you are doing is "hitting", etc and s-t-r-e-t-c-h it ... as they say to do and also breath into it at the same time, relax it and feel it. This helped me alot and I had a BIG improvement of energy afterwards.
