Yoga post or pre-workout?

I would suggest doing both. Relaxing and wanting your muscles before a workout is a good way of preventing injury.

Stretching them afterwards helps bring blood to the muscles to aid repair and move stagnant wastes and energy from the muscle.
 
it depends on how hard you are working out, if you work yourself till you feel like a noodle, then you need to do meditation and yoga first, if you are just playing with your dick and texting the whole time then it doesn't really matter.
its obvious you don't have any personal insight on this at all, if you did you would have tried meditation after you work out, and you would know how you are personally effected.
instead of asking the groups you should try to find out for yourself the best schedule for you.
