Yoga Nidra

Does any of you guys have any reliable and in-depth sources on yoga nidra or some different techniques to cut the sleeping time to minimum, while still remaining in good shape? All the sources online I found thus far are only mentioning bare basics and there is disappointingly little on it there.

I'm currently seeking to craft a routine that will allow me to cut the loss of time that is sleep, down to bare minimum.

On my end, I found this technique, involving a specific variation of a mudra. Tried it for a while and it is definitely good to get yourself to fall asleep fast.

Yoga Nidra = sleep yoga .
There are countless sleep techniques, but this is a very pleasant one.
Yoga Nidra is sleep yoga. I will describe it somewhat unaltered. Steps:
1. Start breathing consciously. Breath in breath out.
2. Achieves progressive muscle relaxation. (tense each muscle and then release it)
3. Remain in Savasana position.
-This technique doesn't make you fall asleep. This conscious sleep.
