He who turns divine wisdom against its source is the black magician. He perverts symbols, reverses rituals, and desecrates the sanctity of inner worlds. Not through ignorance, but with deliberate rebellion, he casts his soul into exile, choosing the left-hand spiral where the ego is enthroned above the divine.

Cast divine wisdom against the source, is double ignorance, the choice of one who is ignorant to even the extend of his ignorance.

Ego enthroned above the divine leads to nothing but death of the self, and a dead end to any potential.
