You're right. Places like Discord, Reddit, and Twitter are to be avoided at all costs for our own health, be it physical, spiritual, or even cognitive.

Lol, I got organized sports activities through Discord. These groups have no other form of communication, it's all there. Thanks for this, I made huge gains as I was introduced to new forms of training.
