Which rituals currently are the most important?

Hello my beautiful Satanic Family,
 Could someone please give me an order for the importance of the rituals? I love them all and do them as often as I can. However recently my throat has been swelling and I am losing my voice. Please help me prioritize them so when i do my afformations they can be strong and filled with conviction. Thank you!
