Dear brothers and sisters!
What's your opinion about this book? Aszana Pranayama Mudra Bandha, by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. I intend to do not just basic hatha and some kundalini yoga as I used to, but learn it to a greater extent. I would be grateful if you could link some useful satanic yoga, although I probably already have those and done it. Still, it's possible that I missed something.
