I can feel my energy in my palms and fingers the first day i did this exercise but all it does it allow me to feel magnetic energy through my palms.....what's exactly can it do? If it can even do anything.not to sound ungrateful because i know some people may not even know they have energy but I'm not sure what i can do with it.

Energy is energy. You can use that palm energy to make a thought form, aid in healing or anything like that. You can also program it. As long as it has a god amount of power it can be used just like any other energy in energy working. Hail our Creator God Satan.
