Weird commandment?

What does this mean? I read the annotated commandments part too. Does this literally mean stay away from others or do you have to "read in between the lines" to figure out what this means? Thanks in advance.

Scroll down. It pretty much says watch out for Xians or those who cause trouble with you. I don't think it means try to shut yourself off from all people of other religions, to do that would be impossible.
