Vibrating runes?

I was confused on how to vibrate them, like do we vibrate them like thoth were we have it going all together at the same time or do we sound them out as we vibrate? And the all together thing is just for some runes?

Ok so if i wanted to vibrate the rune thurs then i would have to make the symbol for that fit my soul correct? So it would be from my base to my crown then to my right shoulder and hip chakra, i think thats what it means by that.. Am i right?
