How much time does it take after vibrating a rune to manifest it?

14 seconds is ideal. But for a beginner, doing even just 6 seconds is impressive. However, you could start by vibrating 2 seconds and then build up.
Make sure to experiment with runes that won't harm you if the energy isn't directed correctly. Like Berkano, Algiz, Sowilo, to give an example.

Are you implying as immediate as a working is done that already manifests to become?
For example if I vibrate rune Fehu for money. Your saying the energy goes out into the Universe and brings it to me right away, not literally vibrate once and poof money. No I mean there is no build up phase?
For example 100 Fehu x 40 days. So the first day 100 then next day 200 and so forth till the 40th day. Your saying as soon as I complete my programming/directing I already added this technology to my soul and brought money to me. But it takes time there is no build up of energies whereby you need to do X amount to bring this down?
I'm probably complicating it. I'm trying to state there is no need for "NOW" clauses or speed clauses in affirmation. Rather than energy builds up, automatically works, the following day you add more and more and more. There is no need to build this dynamo of energy and release it in the future no immediately as it is created it fires off?
I hope you understand, if not I'll reply with a better message. Basically energy is immediate and doesn't require a build up phase to cascade out and bring something?
