trouble with autistic child

Hello everyone. I've been a member here for about a year and don't post much but I have a problem that someone may be able to help with. I have an autistic son who has volitile behavorial problems. He has already been thrown out of one school and is on the verge of that happening again. I know that one can meditate for another's benefit but I'm unsure if I'd do it right. I want to help my son and feel helpless,which is of the enemy. If anyone can give me some pointers on how I would meditate to benefit him if only to confirm that I'm on the right train of thinking I would be eternally grateful. Yours in Satan...
