Hey all,
I do follow a daily meditation program, but due to the fact I had surgery on both my knees a couple of years back, I'm not able to do yoga. I even find sitting in Easy Position for more than a few minutes becomes really uncomfortable.
I know that yoga is an important part of daily meditations as it builds energy, among other things.
Is there some kind of yoga I can do, like just from the waist up that will still benefit me and build energy? I know that sounds a bit ridiculous, but I'm not sure how else to explain it...
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, as I feel my meditations are lacking somewhat.

Also the kundalini yoga spinal series is good for yoga from the waist up. Go to the main joyofsatan yahoogroups websote and go to FILEs section and look at it there
