too much bioelectricuty?

Hello everyone and all. This question is for anyone who can help me learn too "deal" with larger amounts of bioelectricuty or channel it to better things.

I've been meditating and working on my chakras much for a while now. I have started to become consistent in my meditations and look forward to them more and more.

I am experiencing an overload now of bioelectricuty.....energy, whatever one may call it. I know what it is and have experienced it before.

How can one CHANNEL it, direct the overload, or ground the energy when I am around my kids, my lover etc....

My girlfriend is (epileptiC by the way) and yes I am aware of the dangers of her meditating. I am also aware of the energy transference between us being un a relationship.
I feel energy overload. I feel that I am pulled in many directions being a mother and doing other things. That persistent "buzz" then dizziness I hear can really be a pain. Lol

Any suggestions? I DO NOT want to stop my meditations. How can I handle the energy without jeopardizing my spiritual advances?

Also, this morning I was meditating on Satans palace, and he told me CHRYTAL CLEAR it exixts in a higher realm of vibrations.

So glad we have this group for the mature and experienced. Let's keep it that way!

Well, I personally haven't run into this problem yet, so all the "advice" I can give will be speculation, but I wanted to give my thoughts at least. Congrats on achieving such good results with the meditations, I hope I can get there myself soon.

Just a few things that came to mind while reading your post, would be to like you said, find other ways to direct the energy. One could naturally just say, "HELL, Program it and start casting spells like crazy!", but I'm sure you are looking for a more "every day" fix to this sort of thing, and not have to spend even MORE time doing workings.

So, in the interest of helping you direct the energy but not take too long, I would think directly releasing the energy would be the most effective way to help the situation, and there ARE constructive ways you can do that, which don't take a long time to do. One thing I would do, is after your meditations when you are feeling especially "charged", go to your ritual area and release that charge INTO your tools. Bathe your athame, burners, candles, altar, all of it in your energy. You can even, of course, use color and programming to your advantage with this as well, and in less than 5 minutes you can release a TON of energy and at the same time empower your ritual workings.

Another suggestion along this line would be to follow a procedure set down by old HP Salem Burke, which would be to make talismans that you can also charge with your energy on a daily basis, and then attach those talismans to your rituals workings. Salem's site is no longer around and the steps for making the talismans may be hard to find, but if you are interested in this and need helping finding it, I may be able to dig something as I may have it saved somewhere.

And my final suggestion would be - USE IT PHYSICALLY! Almost no one makes the connection that the energy they are feeling CAN be used physically! If you feel charged, and ramped up, that's the PERFECT time to hit the gym or simply go for a walk or a run. And yes it may not be the MOST constructive thing you can do with the energy you have built up, but it IS empowering you and making you stronger in the process. The energy may build back up after a while once you stop working out, but a damn good work out would probably be great way to let off strong surges directly after meditations.

Anyway, those are just my two cents and hopefully it was able to spark an idea or two that may actually work. Good Luck!

I once had a dream and i was half awake then there were perona's (the fish that eat people) in the water and I was very frightened of it. Then a spirit told me "you have too much fear." And then i believe I felt his energy and it was overwhelming like i was holding a high voltage line. But I've yet to experience anything I did not either enjoy because it was thrilling or deeply blissful. And i have been working on the fear thing to make further progress.

And i must say I am very happy w/ the adult group as well.
