This energy?

Am I seeing energy or just my mind
When I try to energy I just see like a clear no color vibration around Somone. As if they were giving off heat. Like seeing gasses being released to that air I see that around people's body's in school and It's very light some or very hard to see some are a little strong is that energy? An aura? Or is that just me trying so hard to see ?

I see the same thing, but yes it is energy 99%, simply because you know you can't make it up so real, and because maybe your astral senses haven't advanced enough to see colors clearly, just work on those meditations and one advice, how you can know if you can see energy or not, try meditating on the moon.
