It is with time that we improve and open ourselves up to improvement in an increasingly clear (i.e. sensitive) way. Don't be discouraged. Keep doing your best. If you do your best it is impossible to fail. Those who work get progress. On JoS you are told how to work and then you actually have the knowledge to do it well. So stay calm and don't worry: be constant and aware that you are improving, you are advancing and making progress. Keep going!
