Open the chakras in the order that is specified on the JoS website.
When you open the chakras, this dosn't mean gaining all their ablilties straight away. This can take years for most people. It is simply opening them to start working on them, and so that energy is flowing through them more freely. Once you have done the opening meditation, and can feel that it is open, you can move onto the next chakra. Note however, that the chakras should be worked on as often as possible, daily if you can, once they have been opened.
