Third-Eye Question

I was wondering if one can meditate on the Third-eye more then 4 days as it says?
Like on the website, it says to do it for 4 days, but I was wondering if you could do it for more then 4 days?Or should you not over-do it?
I have a feeling that one can do it. Heh.

You can if you don't think it opened. Everyone is different, so it may take some people longer or shorter to open their third eye.

Yes it takes breathing exercises focus and vibration EVERY day to open a chakra.
