third eye help

hello fellow spiritual satanist. im not exactly new to our religion but i am very under educated. all i know is basic aura clensing and chakra clensing. i am now working on opening my third eye, but i have a few questions. first, you're suppised to vibrate thoth making the "th" sound throughout the entire vibration. i couldnt manage that but got a headache doing it. so, did i do it right? any help and guidance is appreciated. hail Satan

You can do it in any day, but monday is the best day to meditate in the 6th chakra (the 3rd eye is an extension of the 6th chakra)
