The Demons

 In the list of Demons there Astrological degree times are listed, in the different Demons profile. Are the Demons only to be called during these astrological degree times or are these the degrees, when they are most strong?

You can summon a Demon/ess anytime, but have a real reason to summon him/her.

You can summon a Demon/ess when you really need help with something. Don't summon a Demon/ess just to try it, chit chat, or for something you can do on your own.
