Red & Black are special because they're Satan's colours. Also, electric blue is also his colour ^.^

I think they just look good together, although I prefer Black and that intense electric blue / Ultra violet type colour

Black, White, and Red have to do with different stages of alchemy and the Philosopher's Stone. Of course the Vatican knows about this and they want this power as well, and some of them already do. That's why they try to make the black and red part look so "evil."
