Supplements...adivce

Is it possible to take supplements and feel... Hard to explain..but like u get light or might head from it?

For that's how I felt last time I took my supplement and don't know why stayed like that for a 1hr or so then back to normal ...

Should I change supplements or?

When last I took it was when I was having problems with my belly....

Well the one I use is a good brand along with high price to the cheaper.

Of course it's a 1 daily tab and what I was taking.
It's the Naturelo for men daily.

So I don't know. But I know the thought of taking it again don't make me happy down to a little unahppy about it

However I have taken it before but then everything is now out of place... I haven't tried it for some time...

Mmmm.... I guess I will just go and take magnesium instaid then..
