sun meditation question

hello, do i vibrate the all mantras of sun square?
like, aauumm, hhuumm, roum, surrreye namah.
do i vibrate all the mantra of sun square together?
or we have to choos any of this mantra.
please tell me.

You have to vibrate the entire mantra. That means you vibrate all of AUM HRAAM HRIM HRAUM SAU SURYAE NAMA. To do a sun square you vibrate the entire mantra a certain number of times per day. If you want to do a material sun square, you will vibrate the entire mantra once the first day. The next day you will vibrate the entire mantra 30 times. The day after that you will vibrate the mantra 24 times.

If you cannot see the picture of the sun square here are the number of mantras you need to do per day: 1, 30, 24, 13, 12, 31, 2, 26, 17, 23, 8, 35, 34, 28, 15, 21, 9, 4, 33, 10, 22, 16, 27, 3, 32, 11, 14, 20, 29, 5, 36, 25, 18, 19, 7, 6.

I start my fist square after opening chakras meditation. But if you are a newbie do a spiritual one instead of material. Because spiritual will help you to unblock chakra and for material you need to have open chakra which is conected with planet you work. My advice is to forget doing now sun square. I do only sun square when is in aries and leo. Instead start square for merquri i mid of june. I now finishing spiritual sun sqare whivh i start when sun was in aries. Just watch that in june 15 when merquri will be in a good sing that you start in time when moon is rising, and in hour of merquri and wach out that is not void. Yes, you can do a sun square even if your chakras are not open. Opening your chakras will make any spiritual working you do more powerful.

Each square has a specific number of repetitions per day. The numbers are different for all of the squares. There is a picture of a square with numbers in it for each of the squares. The picture tells you how many vibrations to do each day. If you want to do a spiritual square, you start at the number in the bottom-right corner of the square and travel left. Each number is how many vibrations you are supposed to do that day. When you reach the bottom-left corner of the square, you go up one row and then travel right. When you reach the right side of the square, you go up one row and then travel left. When you reach the left of the square, you go up one row and then travel right. You keep doing that pattern until you reach the end of the square.

For a material square, you start in the upper-right corner of the square and travel down. When you reach the bottom of the square, you go left one column and then travel up. When you reach the top of the column, you go left one column and then travel down. When you reach the bottom of the column, you go left one column and then travel up. You keep repeating that pattern until you reach the end of the square.
