Sublimating a very Prominent Pluto?

Can one do this, as with Neptune, via meditation? If so what are some ways? Also what are the effects of a prominent Pluto?

Sublimating transcendental planets is very complex.

Through spiritual advancement this can certainly be done. One way to sublimate pluto and make a big change, in the "zone" of life where its influence is. In line with its "function."

A person who has a prominent Pluto will be prone has manifested its qualities in a more "pronounced" way, such as control, dominance, osession, etc....
