stress over natal chart

I am very stressed because the hour of birth changes all the houses of place and changes the ascendant.I used this site to make mine afirst putting  the hour ´´unkown´´ Free Online Astrological Chart Calculator

I read it all and believe it all and even found excuses for this to be true, but it wasn´t because when I found out the hour and used it everything changed. I am very stressed because how am I supposed to believe it now 
Also I used this other site to go back to the day and hour I was born and it doesn´t match with my natal chart. some planets are in different signs.The Planets Today : A live view of the solar system
