Strange light dots

Hey everyone I know that this question isn't something serious but ever since I began meditating I have been able to see small bright dots sometimes very night and quick mostly light colors and other times almost like a pale colors I just wanted to see if anyone could put their insight opinion much appreciated

I see the same thing when I set into an Alpha state, except it is just one dim point of light that gets bigger with every moment I focus. The everyday crap is starting to be lifted from your mind and you are starting to see what's around you.

Either that or you've had a minor stroke... 3D
