Relationships Start a new relationship this April 12

Greetings to everybody.
I would like to know if I can to start a new relationship this April 12 at the afternoon or at night with a girl that I met two months ago. I really like her, and it's reciprocal, but because of Venus retrograde we have been avoiding to start a love relationship because we know the implications of that.
However, I was reading that Venus go direct from this April 12, but Hps Lydia states that Venus retrograde ends this April 13, so I'm confused... I don't know if the fact that I'm living in South America is or not relevant. So, if someone can or would like to help me with this question I will be very grateful .
