Does it mess up a planetary square if you do it 8 minutes after next planetary hour starts but sun is still on the same degree as ascendant on astro.com if I type in moment I did working or really any working.

No, it doesn't. Just don't start on a VOC moon, but for squares specifically of course it is best to start and continue everyday in the proper planetary hour. Doing the working at any other hour is still valid but not as ideal as the hour of the planet that is for the square.

The next planetary hour, not day? Only the timing of the day will break the square. The hour helps but won't break it. If it did, squares would be impossible for some people. I don't think the degree matters that much either, again assuming you complete it within each planetary day.

However, if you feel like this initial square still has power to it, then it might make sense to finish it fully. This would still leave you time to start another one, leaving you with at least something stronger than 1 Square alone.
Regardless, it sounds like you are able to sense the condition of the Square, and perhaps over the next few days you will get a more conclusive assessment.

Normally I did do it during hour of Mars.
I think this isn't a fail for this since sun was on ascendant by exact degree when I did it and it's sun rise that is the new day but it was cutting it really close.
