What are some specific meditations to help open myself up to be able to communicate with demons?

Void for sure, those opening our clairaudience centres also. If you can fall in a trance, you may use an ouija or a pendulum. The pendulum is said to be the easiest way to communicate with Them.

Void meditation doesn't raise kundalini...Breathing Exercises do !

That's why you find Void meditation everywhere on the internet because it doesn't work!
