Sowilo activating runes question

If i vibrate 2 runes before sowilo then i vibrate sowilo will sowilo activate both of the runes or only the rune vibrated directly before it?

“Activate” means “strengthen.” The runes also function without using the Sowilo rune in combination.

If by activate you mean amplify Sowilo amplifies the power of the runes vibrated previously, but as Hs666 said the runes can also be used without necessarily inserting Sowilo
