Alright so lucid dreaming is where your awake in a dream and can control it. Except closing your eyes in a lucid dream often means you wake up. Now meditation or staying still can ground the dream. But i stumbled upon closing my eyes and still being lucid. There was an explosion of white across my vision. My body practially vibrated before this due to how still i was. Then i could see. I could summon easier. Walk around with my eyes shut and still avoid people. Im unsure what i did but just thought id get it out their. When i woke up though i was physically so tired.
