So close to astral project

Hey brothers. I just wanted to ask that has someone astral projected?the thing is that yesterday i tried rope method in which you relax and imagine rope and climb it. I was at vibrational stage in which my whole body vibrated. But i snapped out of it because adrenaline rush was too high heartbeats and breaths were too. I didnt try the method on JOS because it wasnt brief and i m not that much spiritual advance either so do anyone have idea how to get to that stage again? Because i tried today many times wasnt able to achieve that stage again. I would really appreciate some help HAIL SATAN!HAIL ALL Gods of Elysium!!
