The last couple days I have bin noticing same strange things like sounds and seeing a figure with a human like shape to it and I was wondering if anyone knows where to get more information an this type of stuff

How do you feel in its presence? Warm or scared? If you feel scared, then do a banishing ritual. Also, keep doing the protection meditation. In that way, the entity cannot harm you.
