I know that when masturbating the energy should be sent up the spine but when I engage in sexual intercourse with my girlfriend (soon to be fiancee) my emotions consume me and literally the only thing that i am aware of is me and her and I can't focus to send the energy up the spine and my question is does the sending energy up the spine mainly apply to self pleasure and is not doing it during intercourse to the detriment of my body and soul and does it affect her
