Seal, energy and perhaps an asset ?

I've been through something for 3 days. I got two seals so far. The first one feels very good , the second one does not feel directly pleasant but it doesn't have a bad feeling, it has a warm and somewhat oppressive energy that fills the room and I feel like I'm going into a trance .
And sometimes it's as if someone is tapping things in the room. Sometimes I feel that there is someone in the room, but I do not fully understand, when I ask pendulum there is a whether entity, he answers no.

What do your think ? Is it a simple placebo or something else? What is your advice ?

I'm not sure about the second seal. I may have made up the second seal myself, but the first one most likely belongs to someone.
