I see a big emphasis on the power rituals. Are we still supposed to do the Ritual's?

I personally still get them. For example in the last High Priests' ritual program on some days we had to do the final Ritual.
I tend to do it for myself, when around me I feel a bad energy or simply do it for the Gods as a sign of reverence and gratitude

I did them for several years for hundreds and hundreds, perhaps rather into thousands of 9 repetition rounds and I rarely do then anymore, but they can be done if you feel like they solve something in your particular situation. And we still have some schedules that utilize them. So they still hold a time and place, but the general emphasis has shifted to blessings from curse reversals.
