Hello is there a downloadable software that can be used in the event of no internet connection?
You can and should download these html web pages so that you have access to them even without internet connection.

There have been a lot of grid sabotage as late: ATM shutdowns, etc. so people should take it before its too late and they have a total net shutdown. Perhaps put this link in a piority thread?

These have been circulated a lot past year or two. There are compilations including whole of JoS for download and other related material on a few separate mega accounts / folders which have been posted into topics related to backups before. It's not a question of are these available as these clearly are, but if people recognize the need for offline backups and look around.

sometimes its best to publicize, not everyone knows where to search for things or whether they are updated either. There are lots of telecommunications problems occurring and this is something to watch out for.
