Returning Curses

Hey Brothers & Sisters
I was wondering with returning curses should I replace the standard AOC/AOP with these or can I still do them and just do the returning curses once a day?

AoP and AoC should always be done daily.

The returning curses working is something you can add for extra protection and for dealing with heavy negativity that the enemy directs against us, specifically during their holidays or any other time one finds themselves swamped with negative energy and curses to add extra power to your cleaning and AoP.
